Returns

Part of our core philosophy at Caus is the importance of building a wardrobe that you truly love, full of pieces you’re eager to reach for time and time again, and you’ll be excited to wear and take care of for years to come. To that end, we will most happily refund or exchange all fully-priced clothing purchases that don’t immediately spark joy in your closet or perhaps don’t give you the fit, feel, or good vibes you expected. 

Please keep in mind that we are a (super) small retailer with very limited inventory and your prompt return is essential to our business. All online returns must be requested and postmarked within 5 business days of date of delivery. All in-store purchases must be returned to our Essex shop within 5 days, during regular business hours or at other pre-arranged and agreed-upon time. Please do not leave items outside.

Returned items must be in their original condition with all original tags attached - unwashed, unworn, unsoiled (free of all make-up, deodorant, odors), and free of all snags, tears or other blemishes in order for the return to be accepted.

Please keep in mind that for hygienic reasons, we unfortuntaely cannot accept returns on intimate or sock purchases and these items will be FINAL SALE.

Due to the nature and complication of restocking, the following items are also FINAL SALE: 

  1. All Bath + Body products including fragrance, cosmetics, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotions, and oils.
  2. All Home products including candles, fragrance, books, and decor.
  3. All Vintage and One-of-a-kind garments.
  4. All Sale Items.
